If you have a deadline for completion, please advise me at the outset, since I will always try to complete the job within your time-scale. This is especially important if materials have to be specialliy ordered for a commemorative item, for anniversaries, birthdays and presentations.

Once you accept the estimate, you will be asked to pay a deposit and the job will be scheduled, with regular updates on progress.

When the item is completed, I will send you some photographs and a final invoice for any balance due, then the item will be delivered.
